We will fight, until, we can fight no more; for the four proud provinces of Ireland."

I just watched 300 last night and surprisingly enough I give it an 8.5 mostly because I like the toughness of the Queen that almost equally matched King Leonidas... It was enjoyable for a blood filled movie.

I believe that everything happens for a reason.
People change so that you can learn to let go.
Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they go right.
And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Haven't been to a theater in a long time so most of mine are dvd.

the Quiet- elizabeth Cuthbert and that girl from "When a Stranger Calls". Quirky and dark film about incest. Basically it's Aerosmith's "Jamie's got a gun" extended into feature length. 7/10

The Return- Sarah Michelle Gellar. I like her but God she needs A)a different agent or B)to do something different besides poorly written horror. 2/10. Would of scored higher but the script was too disjointed, and bland for horror or suspense.

Grudge 2- Yes, I saw it for SMG. She dies quickly in the movie, leaving me bored as Fu*ck and dissapointed for the rest of the film. If you watch the extras, there are interviews and little features that show the crew. It's kind of funny. Every time they show her, she has this sour look on her face because she knows she is in a shitty movie and couldn't get out of it because she agreed to a sequel before the first Grudge was released.1/10

Flyboys- Long movie, good action, Ok story that got worse when they inserted a love interest. Not much of a plot but the fight scenes are well done. 5/10

Fast Food Nation- Good stories and characters that never get developed because the director is trying to cram too many stories into the film. Might have worked better as a documentary. 6/10

The Sublime- the back of the box says it all: one reviewer said it was like a classic twilight zone episode. It was... and they made it an hour too long. Ignore the box with the hot girl's back on it. the scene doesn't last but 20 seconds, and isn't that great. Save the $5. I should've DNF (did not finish) this film but I was waiting... and waiting to see where the story was going. Apparently it didn't go anywhere.

Shut up and Sing- This is probably one of the better documetaries I've seen in years. I've always thought Dixie Chicks music was OK, but I dig em now, especially Natalie Maines, she's a firecracker. 8/10

on the theatres:Dreamgirls- I loved Beyoncé's performance I can't wait for her to do more movies 10 out of 10 and when Jennifer Hudson's solo song came on I couldn't stop laughing I kept reminding myself of Jake Gyllenhaal doin' it on SNL!

At home the last movie was 50First Dates-so sweet, romantic and cute with the Lovely Drew Barrymore (one of my fave actresses!!!) and crazyass Adam Sandler-also 10 out of 10!
