I do think it's a little strange that she didn't sing Did it Again, although was it really a hit in Europe? But she may not have chosen that song because it requires a lot dancing and energy.

That's probably the reason for it, as for GIUTM...

It's completely understandable to want to stick to a routine so you can actually see yourself improving through the tour instead of making mistakes, so once you decide to make the dvd, you've perfected every movement. I just ask for 1 different song, a bonus for each continent... She's a perfectionist? Well, from what I've read, it'd be a perfect tour for fans if she changed just one song from time to time (she could rehearse those 3 extra songs at the beginning of the tour, and again at the begnning of each leg, it's just one song...) Just so each region feels especial... but again, maybe it's all connected to the rolling stones cover "Can Shakira conquer the world?" And maybe a unique world setlist is part of the checklist for that.

How'd the people behind you deal with your height? :blackdreamer:

hmm it's always the same 16 year old girls complaining that they can't see *argh*... stupid midgets! LOL

But i arrived literally 5 minutes before she got on so was rather far out anyway. Was still amazing though. Had a really good time. Much better than cologne where I ended up in row 10 on level 2 on the other side of the arena... FML! LOL

I just can't wait for London now... good seats close to the stage... omg all i want for Christmas is a good seat for once! :shewolfpaw:

She [Britney] does a magnificent show, but Gaga composes her own music, plays piano, sings, directs...The two that I admire the most are Gaga and Shakira. She's good at everything. She does choreography, dances, sings, plays drums, the complete package.

That's the best spot. Europeans are lucky since the hardcore fans can get there early and get the best spots. I wish it was like that in the US.

NEVER!!! I rather pay a high price and have my seat reserved, get there around 9, and wait for Shakira to start singing at 9:10....

A high price won't guarantee a perfect spot. Its extremely difficult to find the perfect seat. A high price will get you somewhere in the first 10 rows. Somewhere is still pretty random. I try and try, but can never get a really good seat. I was 4th row for SES, but JohnM got the perfect spot. Ticket-wise, he arguably had the best seat/spot in the entire arena. Trying to get a ticket/seat in that exact spot would be close to impossible, unless if you're willing to spend $1,000+ to buy a ticket on ticketstub.com

I had to pay a little extra though to get early access and there could have been 50 early access standing people in total but it was just me so I was lucky :( .

Unfortunately not. I felt like I had to get to the front as I had never seen Shakira live before after being a fan for 8 years so I thought the way to give me a better chance was by buying a VIP ticket! I don't regret it at all :( !

Only 6,317 in a 18000 arena??? That makes me cry. I don't get, She Wolf was her worst era for her in the UK, now she did most of the big cities. While with TOTM and OFT she only did London but she was way more popular....
And her show in Belfast was a desaster...
